Coaching for leaders and teams seeking to grow with meaning and purpose.

Leadership development, team synergy, and cultural transformation, powered by coaching, art, and science.

What does a corporate coaching process involve?

Coaching is a supportive process that helps leaders and teams achieve common goals with clarity, authenticity, and resonance. For us, coaching is a unified discipline that is enhanced when complemented by art, science, and creative tools that open new pathways for learning.

We work with executive committees, functional departments, multidisciplinary teams, leaders in transition, and organizations undergoing cultural transformation.

Our focus is not solely on short-term visible results: it is the active process through which a team learns to listen to one another, a leader discovers their own voice, and an organization builds a culture where individuals can give their absolute best.

In his ontology of language, Rafael Echeverría states that human beings are linguistic creatures: the conversations an organization has — or fails to have — shape what that organization can become. Coaching for leaders and teams opens up the conversations necessary to drive transformation.

Process

Our Methodology

Our working methodology was built upon the research thesis “Creative and Artistic Tools as Enhancers of the Coaching Process” (Cardozo, University of Barcelona, 2020). We integrate the technical foundations of coaching—systemic, ontological, and co-active—with contributions from neurosciences, humanistic psychology, and art as a language of exploration.

01

Diagnosis

We understand the current moment of the leader, the team, and the organization. We ask questions, listen, observe dynamics, and interpret.

02

Design

We co-create objectives, duration, and spaces. Each corporate guidance process is unique and entirely tailor-made.

03

Guidance / Support

Sessions and workshops featuring a combination of conversation(s), reflection(s), and creativity.

04

Integration

We integrate learnings and build the bridges so that the experience is sustained once the process concludes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before starting an organizational development process with TACTB.

Consulting proposes solutions based on external expertise: it arrives with a diagnosis and recommendations. Coaching does not tell you what to do: it facilitates the leader or team in finding their own answer. They are distinct and complementary processes.

Each proposal is custom-designed, depending on the objective, the needs of the company, and the context. Executive coaching processes usually consist of 6 to 9 sessions spread over 3 to 6 months. Team support programs are designed in phases with a duration of approximately three months, featuring group sessions and, when applicable, individual sessions with leaders.

The use of art and other creative tools, in a structured way within a coaching process, allows for the materialization of concerns that may be difficult to express through conversation or self-introspection. Thus, art enables observation from other perspectives and generates new possibilities for learning.

We support organizations in Colombia — Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, Barranquilla, Bucaramanga, among others — and throughout Spanish-speaking Latin America: Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Costa Rica, and Spain, among other countries. Individual executive processes are frequently conducted online; team workshops can be in-person or virtual.

What is shared in a session is strictly confidential, even from the department sponsoring the process. Information regarding diagnoses, tests, or assessments is shared in a general manner for the self-awareness of the team or organization, never specific contents. Individual results are only shared with the person to whom they correspond. We follow the code of ethics of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

The coaching process is designed so that participants can integrate their learnings into the different dimensions of their professional life; this happens during the process so that upon completion, they can address their challenges and difficulties with the acquired tools. Follow-up sessions may be scheduled to review what new challenges are emerging.

Executive coaching is a one-on-one support process for leaders, executives, and professionals with responsibility over teams or departments. Its purpose is to better understand their leadership style, make difficult decisions with greater clarity, improve the quality of conversations with their team, and navigate transition moments, turning them into conscious learning. It is neither a course nor consulting: it is a space where the leader thinks out loud, accompanied by a coach who asks questions, challenges, and shares observations.

We recommend evaluating three dimensions. First: the credentials of the facilitation team — ICF certification, verifiable academic training, actual years of experience supporting processes. Second: the methodology — whether there is a custom design or a standard template is applied, whether the proposal integrates individual and team moments, whether there are clear indicators of progress. Third: the ethics of the relationship — how confidentiality is handled, how progress is reported to the sponsor without exposing session contents. At TACTB®, these three dimensions are explained in detail on our methodology page.

In four steps. One: you write via the form or WhatsApp, and we schedule a complimentary initial meeting with the leader or sponsoring department. Two: based on that conversation, we prepare a methodological and financial proposal with objectives, duration, schedule, and deliverables. Three: once the proposal is approved and the agreement is signed, we design the sessions and workshops in detail and monitor the progress of the objectives. Four: we execute the process and report progress at the agreed-upon milestones. Typical timeframes from first contact to the start of the process are 2 to 4 weeks.

It depends on the scope. One-on-one executive coaching processes are usually quoted in packages of 6 to 9 sessions. Team support programs are quoted based on the number of participants, the number of workshops, the integration of tools, and the total duration of the process. Instead of providing a fixed price here — which might not correspond to what your organization needs — we prefer to understand the objective first and send you an adjusted proposal. What we guarantee from the beginning: absolute transparency regarding what each fee includes.

Coaching changes the quality of conversations. Rafael Echeverría states that organizations are made of networks of conversations: the ones that take place and the ones that are avoided. When a team learns to have difficult conversations with clarity and respect — giving real feedback, asking for what they need, closing genuine commitments — internal communication ceases to be a recurring problem. It is a change that occurs over time and is sustained through practice, not a manual.

Yes. We work with leaders and teams in moments of transition: mergers, acquisitions, internal reorganizations, leadership changes, expansion into new markets, cultural or digital transformation processes. In those moments, coaching does not replace strategic decision-making — that remains with the leader and the organization — but it does help individuals navigate it with greater clarity, lower emotional costs, and an enhanced capacity to sustain change over time.
