A process to get to know yourself better and transform your life.

Personal coaching that integrates art and science to accompany you in the pursuit of new possibilities that allow you to awaken a better version of yourself, overcome obstacles, and reconnect with your personal purposes.

What is personal coaching?

There are times when life calls for a pause. A personal or professional crisis. The feeling of going through the motions without purpose. The recurring question: “Is this all there is?”. There are also moments of choice: a career change, the beginning of a new chapter, the decision to delve deeper into who you are.

Personal coaching is a space of accompaniment for those moments. A space that does not tell you what to do: it helps you find your own answer, with greater clarity than when you arrived.

At The Artistic Coaching Toolbox®, we work from a hypothesis that we have seen confirmed process after process: profound change happens when language, the body, and emotion meet. That is why we integrate coaching conversations with tools from neuroscience, humanistic psychology, and art as resources that open pathways to self-knowledge.

Viktor Frankl demonstrated that transformation does not depend solely on circumstances, but on the meaning we are capable of constructing in the face of them.

We turn that idea into practice through a structured process that invites you to observe, reinterpret, and give new meaning to your lived experiences. It is not about changing what happens, but about expanding the way you understand and inhabit it, integrating new perspectives that enable more conscious decisions, more coherent relationships, and paths of action more aligned with what you want to build.

Fundamental Principles

Our Methodology

The process we develop is not based on a single method: it always starts from a deep listening of where you are today and where you want to go. From that listening, we work on three fundamental principles that, when combined, enhance transformation:

01

Coaching as a core practice

We integrate elements from different coaching practices: connecting with the Being and mobilizing action from co-active coaching, broadening the perspective toward context and relationships from systemic coaching, and transforming the way of interpreting and conversing from ontological coaching.

02

Science as backing

We develop our processes and methodologies by integrating various sources of knowledge such as neurosciences, philosophy, and psychology. Research and the constant pursuit of knowledge are driving forces present in the development of our support process and in our growth as a company.

03

Art as a path

We have proven that art is a vehicle for self-knowledge and transformation that allows us to become the protagonists of our own lives. The structured use of art within a coaching process makes it possible to materialize concerns that may be difficult to express through conversation or personal introspection; it is at that moment when the ability to observe from other perspectives is enhanced.

FAQ: Personal Coaching, Methodology, and Individual Processes

Therapy usually works from the past and addresses clinical symptoms such as depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma. Coaching works from the present toward the future, focusing on goals, decisions, learnings, and new behaviors. They are complementary processes, not mutually exclusive. If during a coaching process we detect that an individual would benefit from therapeutic support, we communicate this respectfully and recommend it. ICF ethics require this discernment from us.

It depends. A process typically lasts between 3 and 6 months, with biweekly sessions. We generally suggest an initial commitment of a minimum of six sessions. Processes can be extended according to new questions that arise from the client.

No. Beyond aesthetic value—upon which no judgment is placed during the process—the important thing is to understand that every creation has value and brings a reflective message that will serve as a tool for learning and transformation.

Both. We support individuals in Colombia and throughout Spanish-speaking Latin America via video call with the same level of depth. In Bogotá, we also offer in-person sessions at our creative workshop.

Totally. We adhere to the code of ethics of the ICF (International Coaching Federation). Nothing you share leaves the session space.

The initial session aims to fulfill that exact purpose: to converse, understand your current life stage, and decide together whether coaching is the best support for you right now, or if it is advisable to coordinate another type of support first. In the latter case, we guide you at no cost.

Impostor syndrome is the pattern whereby an individual, despite achieving goals and external recognition, lives with the internal sensation that they are not enough, that they are fooling others, and that at any moment “they will be found out.”

It manifests as excessive self-demand, difficulty accepting praise, preventive overwork, procrastination out of fear of falling short, and an exhausting relationship with achievement: each completed goal restarts the doubt rather than closing it.

No hay una fórmula única, but a process of self-discovery through coaching is one of the paths that will surely allow you to address this concern in a way that is unique to each person. In our processes, we work to find your own answer through deep conversations and creative tools.

It is not an illness and it does not start exactly at 40. It is an evolutionary moment that usually appears between the ages of 35 and 50, when a person begins to wonder if the path they have built is the one they truly want to continue walking. Frequent signs: fatigue that is difficult to explain, even though life “is going well”; a sense of living “on autopilot”; a desire for changes one dares not name; a review of past decisions and a search for meaning. Personal coaching is one of the most useful spaces to navigate through that moment.

For one person, a difficult moment can be what for another would be something trivial. That is why it is important to live this process from the inside out, because what may have worked for someone else may not be ideal for you and can make you feel invalidated. Coaching is a path where we accompany you to delve into what lies behind that moment so that you can find your own way to navigate it and build new learnings.

Yes, and it is one of the most frequent reasons why people start a process with us. When someone considers a career change, an entrepreneurial venture, a leap into a new role, or a reorientation of their professional life, they need a space to calmly think about what they truly want, what they are willing to leave behind, what they need to learn, and what fears they are projecting onto the decision. Personal coaching creates that space and sustains the process.
