Who are we?

A toolbox where art and science converse

The Artistic Coaching Toolbox® is a concept that integrates and implements different creative and artistic tools, as well as knowledge from neurosciences, psychology, and philosophy in personal and collective development support processes, where the Self experiences and explores new possibilities through its creative potential.

Led by David Cardozo and Paula Giraldo, our methodology was built on the research thesis for the Master’s Degree in Coaching and Personal Leadership from the University of Barcelona (Cardozo, 2020), and is supported by the contributions of humanistic psychology, neurosciences, and art as a vehicle for self-knowledge.

We are a coaching company based in Bogotá, Colombia, accompanying individuals, leaders, and teams across Spanish-speaking Latin America. We integrate coaching with creative and artistic tools, alongside insights from science.

Our methodology was built upon the research thesis for the Master’s Degree in Coaching and Personal Leadership from the University of Barcelona (Cardozo, 2020), and we adhere to the ethical principles of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

We offer two lines of support, always tailored to your needs. Personal coaching: for individuals navigating a transition, a major change, or looking to deepen their self-awareness. Coaching for leaders and teams in organizations seeking to transform communication, emotional intelligence, and team alignment. Both services are available in person in Colombia and online throughout the Spanish-speaking region.

In two specific ways. First: we integrate art and creativity as methodological tools within the process, not as decorative elements. These tools serve as a vehicle to access what words alone cannot reach. Second: we design our processes backed by academic research and reference authors in human development. For us, coaching is one; what changes is the dimension toward which it is oriented.

It always starts with an initial complimentary consultation. In this meeting, we understand your current (life) stage, your goal, and your context—whether you are contacting us for yourself, your team, or your organization. From this point on, if there is a connection and clarity regarding the path forward, we co-create the process: duration, frequency, tools, and format. We respond in less than 48 hours.

Yes. We accompany individuals, leaders, and teams in Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Spain, and other Spanish-speaking countries, working in both in-person and virtual formats according to the specific requirements of each client.
