  • Managing the contracting, execution, and monitoring of personal or business coaching services.
  • Issuing electronic invoices and complying with accounting, fiscal, and tax obligations.
  • Sending appointment status notifications, reminders, and operational communications.
  • Sending commercial information, newsletters, offers for new services, or valuable content, provided prior and express authorization has been granted by the data subject.

2. Processing of Sensitive Data

During coaching sessions, clients may share intimate, emotional, or strategic information (sensitive data under Statutory Law 1581 of 2012). The Company is committed to processing this data under strict professional confidentiality, implementing technical and human security measures to protect it. Such data will never be commercialized or shared with third parties without explicit authorization, except under a court order or legal imperative.

3. Rights of Data Subjects (Hábeas Data)

As the owner of your personal data, you have the right to:

  • Access, update, and rectify your data held by the Company.
  • Request proof of the authorization granted for the processing of your data.
  • Be informed regarding the use given to your data.
  • Revoke authorization and/or request the deletion of data when constitutional and legal principles, rights, and guarantees are not respected in its processing.
  • Access your processed personal data free of charge.
